Northern Helicopters is a complete Flight school able to accept foreign and military students. We offer helicopter triaining in: Private,Commercial,Instrument,CfI,CFI II, and Light Sport fixed wing Certification, land and Sea. We trian in Robinson 22s but can offer additional training in Robinson 44s,and the Bell 206 BIII. We offer an AAS degree in Helicopter pilot training with the partnership we have with two local colleges. These colleges accept the F-1 visa so we can accept foreign students into our flight program. We are a Part 61 and a Part 141 school. This give's us accreditation and the ability to accept military students.

Northern Helicopters is one of only nine helicopter training programs in the United States that offer a two-year associate degree in Helicopter Pilot Training, made possible through our partnership with two lacal colleges. This enables us to accept foreign and military students and offer financial aid and housing to students who qualify.
More About Us
We have a FAA approved helicopter flight simulator. This can save you money since some of your required hours can be done in the simulator at a third of the cost. We can offer training to foreign and military students. These students will obtain all of their helicopter licenses and a two-year degree in Helicopter Pilot Training. We also have housing and financial aid available to students who qualify.
