My name is Robert Werderich and I have had the pleasure to work with over 1000 pilots over my 12 year profession as an aviation teacher. I own a flight school in West Chicago, Illinois and teach aviation ground school classes with several Community Colleges in the area. I have experience in large turbine powered aircraft, modern aircraft and in many of the classics. It is a great feeling watching people succeed in this industry.

Flight/Flight Instruction Experience
To start, I have learned a lot from some really great instructors and students about how to teach effectively. I used this knowledge to develop a first class flight school. I have always enjoyed watching students succeed, so now I provide dual predominately to individuals that have a very hard time achieving an aviation goal (solo to finishing a ticket). I also can provide insurance check-outs in most advanced aircraft including most twin-engine aircraft. In December of 2006 I became a Cirrus Certified instructor.

Educational Background
State of Illinois, Certified Science Teacher and completed Ethics training in November, 2006. Presently, I am developing a FITS program for my school as well as a 141 certification.
