School Description
Aero-Tech makes available all of the resources we've gained over a 37-year tenure as a successful flight-training center to our students. We bring to you: an award-winning safety program that spans more than 3-decades of accident-free/violation-free flying; a stable, seasoned flight school management; convenient testing for FAA knowledge/practical exams; a stylish, full-motion flight training device; modern technically advanced aircraft; a comfortable facility and, a respected reputation of training high-caliber aviation-citizens whom are today employed at every major airline, in State and Federal government aviation departments, the FAA, Fortune 500 Corporations and in all branches of the U.S. military.

Staff Qualification
Aero-Tech's greatest asset is our staff. Because a school can never be better than its instructors, we invest a lot of time and money in instructor standardization and staff development. We do not trust your training to sub-contractors. Each instructor is a dedicated "employee" and receives regular days off, paid holidays and vacation, health benefits and covered under KY Workman's Compensation. They are professionally trained and mature educators of aviation. Most with advanced ratings and many with aviation specific degrees. Even dispatch is manned with full-time support employees. Aero-Tech employees participate in pre-employment, random and after-incident drug testing.

More About Us
Our facility is designed with flight training in mind. There is plenty of room for students and instructors to work in classroom environments without distraction. Quiet and confidential testing rooms are also available, as well as a comfortable lobby where students relax and reflect on their training day. Flight planning area, separate kitchenette with microwave, small refrig, and softdrink vending. Free WiFi - students can respond to e-mails, surf the Internet, and check the status of appointments or research flight planning. Our goal is to make you comfortable and your training effective.

Testimonials
"You guys are the greatest. In the sim, in the cockpit and during ground briefs - gentle but relentless. Plus, the learning keep going on and beyond the call of duty. After the course, I got regular tips and hints that offered assistance and coaching. It's nice to know that I have a mentor to call on. This is a terrific learning environment." Edward Schneider, Instrument Rating and Lancair Initial "...It is great to be told something and then have it happen that way. Unfortunately many times in the training business, pilots are promised one thing only to discover hidden costs or delays that sour them to the industry. I truly appreciate the professional manner you treated me and the attention to detail that made me successful... " Ray Butler, UPS Airlines, Louisville, KY "I had no idea that training could be like this. I love your style. I love the FITS approach. Very interesting. Very enjoyable. Very eye-opening. I am a safer pilot today as a result." Charlie Bueno, NewYork, NY, "...Sophisticated simulator, experienced instructors. I'll be back!" Jim Royse, Ft. Wayne, IN "A great learning experience!..." Roger Otis, McAlister, OK "Aero-Tech's program is very thorough. My brain is fried ... but I like that. I most appreciate your flexibility to tailor instruction to my specific needs. I recommend the entire team of instructors. They each bring a new perspective on things. They are all great." Major Brian McAllister, OK, USAF (Retired) Flight Instructor Courses
