School Description
Hi-Tech Aviation, Inc. is located in Spring (Tomball) Texas at David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport (KDWH). Being in SE gulf-coast Texas area (NW Houston) enables year-round flying and flight training. Hooks airport is a Class-D facility, and is served by multiple instrument approaches.
Hi-Tech does both Part-61, and FAA Part-141 Pilot School training.
In addition, Hi-Tech does FITS/TAA (technically advanced aircraft) training utilizing both Garmin G-1000, and the Avidyne platforms (Cirrus).
Staff Qualification
Hi-Tech enjoys a diverse staff of both highly skilled/seasoned instructors as well as newer CFI's. This allows the newer CFI's to be properly mentored and advised if/when the occasion arises.
All of the senior staff Instructors have CFI/MEI/CFII certificates and together total more than 10,000 hr's of instruction given. The Chief Instructor is an FAA Gold Seal CFI/CFII/MEI, holding an FAA ATP/ME Certificate, as well as AGI/IGI Certificates.
