Bob Miller, ATP,CFII is the publisher of Over the Airwaves - the Bi-Weekly Journal for the Proficient Pilot. This e-publication can be viewed at overtheairwaves.com. In addition to writing and speaking on general aviation safety topics, Bob provides both primary and advanced flight training locally in the Western New York area and throughout the United States.
