As aviation transcends the 21st century, we maintain a deep respect for the heritage of those aviators who have come before us. We believe that flying should always have that feeling of wonder, whether you’re taking off in a commercial jet, a single engine, or a vintage bi-plane. Becoming a pilot is an exciting and challenging journey; we are dedicated to getting you there. PHILOSOPHY: The philosophy at Atlantic Aviation is quite simple. We are committed to keeping your training personalized and focused on your success. We firmly believe that flight instructors are the backbone of aviation and therefore have the responsibility to develop safe and responsible pilots. The continued growth and safety of general aviation depends on it. For some flight schools, the priority is attracting volumes of students. Learning to fly is a challenging experience, requiring a high level of expertise, attention to detail and safety. By keeping our customer base manageable, we have more time to devote to sharpening our training practices and providing a superior customer experience for you. More About Us
We are different because of our diversity, our strategy for developing future business, our focus on quality and our teaching approach. Our focus is on developing pilots who will become safe and responsible contributers to GA. We do not push people through as rapidly as possible for the sake of meeting a quota. Developing sound pilots is not a race. We were using Scenario Based Training in our teaching approaches long before this methodology became so popular with the FAA. Check us out and see for yourself.
