Our Mission To provide our customers an outstanding aviation experience, delivered by the most skilled personnel, in the most modern, best maintained aircraft and from the best aviation facility in all of Hampton Roads, while providing exceptional value for the services provided. Corporate Profile Horizon Flight Center is a full service flight school and aircraft rental organization. We are a Federal Aviation Administration authorized Part 141 flight school and Cessna Pilot Center. We teach all ratings, from Private Pilot through Airline Transport Pilot. We are a Veterans Administration authorized flight school. Horizon Flight Center is also approved by the U.S. Navy to conduct training for their IFS program. Student loans are available.
