School Description
We provide Tail-Wheel endorsements in our remodeled Citabria 7ECA. Our instructors will have you practice landings at Goose Bay (Z40) a typical Alaskan gravel runway. It’s not an unusual sight to have Beluga Whales swimming underneath while on downwind to final for Runway 25!!! We also provide float instruction in a 7GCBC. Currently we operate from Lake Hood practicing landings at Figure Eight Lake, Lost Lake, Hidden Lake and Helio Lake. Many times I have been taxiing for take-off and notice trout jumping out of the water. (Oh if I had my rod and reel).
