Hi! My name is Brian Filarsky, I'm an independent instructor at Montgomery Airport. My instruction concentration is mainly on private students, although I love to do tailwheel instruction as well. I'm trained in Aerobatics and would love to teach it, unfortunately there are no aerobatic aircraft available for rent in the San Diego area as of right now. There should be one available by the end of October, for anyone who is interested. I love having fun while training, I currently have availability to take on new students, so feel free to give me a call and anytime.

Flight/Flight Instruction Experience
I trained through Part 61, have made numerous fun trips (the longest of which was from Alabama to California), and love flying Tailwheel and Aerobatics. I learned Aerobatics in a Citabria at Attitude Aviation in Livermore, Ca. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it!

Educational Background
I am pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineering at San Diego State University.
