School Description
All flight instruction is done using our one on one approach. Furthermore, you may schedule your helicopter flight or ground lessons at your convenience since the schedule will be tailored to meet your needs. Students are normally scheduled for two flight periods per week with ground school instruction in between flights. All books, supplies, flight training manuals and materials are purchased separately and are available at our facility. Unlike most helicopter flight schools, we do not demand full payment for our instruction in advance. You may pay as you go or, if you desire, you may place a block sum of money on account, which will provide you a four percent discount off the regular rate. If for any reason you choose to withdraw from the program, you will not be subject to any financial penalty.

Staff Qualification
All Liberty Aviation Services, Inc. employees hold the FAA required certificates and ratings. Our commercial pilots are also FAA Certified Helicopter Flight Instructors who teach flight and ground lessons, meet the requirements of SFAR 73 and have completed a Robinson Helicopter Company Flight Instructor Safety Course. Additionally, prior to employment all flight instructors have been tested on their training skills and teaching abilities. Our staff maintenance technicians are all FAA Certified and Licensed Airframe & Power plant aircraft mechanics. We also have computers to practice for the FAA Knowledge Exams and Full Featured Video courses to supplement ground instruction. There is also an approved testing site located on the airport grounds and scheduling of any knowledge exam can be arranged in a timely manner at the completion of your training. The computer and VCR are located in a small study area to allow for quiet study.

Many helicopter companies provide training merely as a sideline activity and, consequently, the standard of flight instruction may be poor.
