Taking Flight Last Visit: 06.03.2009

If you are pursuing a career in aviation, or, you want to experience the challenge and adventure of flight, this is the place to become a safe, competent pilot. Taking Flight is a great place to learn to fly and receive professional flight training and instruction.

I'm located in Denver, Colorado

Certificates:    Pilot and Flight Instructor.

Certificate Levels:    Commercial and Private.

Certificate Ratings:    Aircraft, Airplane Multiengine Land, Instrument Airplane and Airplane Single Engine.

Instruction Material: Jeppesen, Gleim, Sportys and King.

Associations: Aircraft Owner and Pilot Association (AOPA) and National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI).

Flight/Flight Instruction Experience
I was fortunate enough to have some great instructors that instilled in me the importance of not only the safety aspects of flying, but also the great joys that come with it. I believe that I do them justice by instilling in my students that same respect and love.

Educational Background
My name is Aaron Wexler. I am 32 years old and have been a Colorado resident since 2002. I got my bachelors degree from Arizona State University in 2000. I was working in the photo industry for several years when I moved here to Denver. Just about the time I moved here the industry started to go down hill. I began to get frustrated and started to ask myself "if you could do anything else what would it be"? The answer was easy ...I would fly. It was something I have always wanted to do so I started lessons. I have been a pilot now for several years and I love it!
