STARS has been providing flight training in the Sacramento area since 1964. STARS is located in the terminal building at the Executive Airport in Sacramento. It is our goal to provide superior service, well-maintained aircraft and the finest flight instruction available. We have NO club membership, NO monthly dues and NO hidden fees or charges.
