School Description
New Horizons now offers flight training through our affiliation with the Reading Aero Club. You can train with us, or even train in your own plane. We are fully insured, and can handle all of your training needs from Private Pilot all the way on up to Multi-Engine, CFI training, and even Airline Transport Pilot. We are here to help, if you need something, just ask and someone will be sure to get back to you.
More About Us
Our training curriculum was developed to aid the student in reaching his or her potential in the shortest amount of time in order to save training dollars. Our program was devised by uniting the faster paced training programs of CFR Part 141 schools, with the newer approach offered by Part 61 schools. This combination allows us to tailor a program to meet your needs in the minimal amount of time. While the average Private Pilot takes his or her check ride at 73 hours, we believe we can bring that substantially closer to the required 40 hours. That's an average savings of 33 flight hours.
